Serving Northern California

Independent and vendor-neutral. We troubleshoot and improve the control systems you already have — whatever the brand — and we don’t sell you hardware you don’t need.

What we do

Practical automation expertise

Aimed squarely at the problems that cost you uptime and throughput — and at the causes behind them, not just the symptoms.

Troubleshooting

Fault-finding & diagnosis

Nuisance trips, unreliable sequences, alarm floods, a line that stops for no clear reason — found and fixed at the root, not patched over.

Optimization

Getting more from what you have

Reprogramming, tuning, sequence and logic redesign, alarm rationalization, and SCADA/HMI visibility so problems are seen before they stop the line.

Engineering

PLC, HMI, SCADA & integration

Migrations off obsolete hardware, retrofits, and tying machines, sensors and data into one working system. Line-voltage installation handled by licensed partners.

Sectors

Deep specialism, broad capability

The deepest experience is in the harsh, process-heavy facilities that depend most on their control systems. The same discipline applies to any operation where reliability matters — we’re not limited to one industry.

Deepest experience
Equally at home in

In practice that means the equipment these sites actually run on — grinders, screens and aeration blowers; crushers, conveyors and weigh-scales; fillers, mixers and batch controllers; pumps, VFDs, and the PLC, HMI, SCADA and CAN bus device networks that tie them together.

Approach

Start with the problem

No large commitment to find out whether we can help. We start with the issue that’s hurting most, and earn the rest.

Step one

Health-Check

A fixed-fee visit to diagnose a specific problem — what’s wrong and a clear plan to fix it. Credited toward the work if you proceed.

Step two

Optimization project

The scoped fix — quoted as a fixed price for the outcome, then delivered, tested and documented.

Step three

Ongoing support

Scheduled reviews and secure remote dial-in — so many issues are diagnosed and fixed the same day, without waiting for a site visit — plus priority response when you do need someone on site.

Strule Current

See your equipment, wherever it runs

Remote monitoring and asset tracking that puts every machine’s live readings, run-hours and service history in one secure portal. Problems surface early, and nothing slips through the cracks.

Live in your browser

Not a brochure — try the real portal

The link opens the actual customer portal running on sample data. Click around it the way your operators would.

  • Live readings with threshold alerts, trends and run-hours per machine
  • Service history, costs and drawings tracked against every asset
  • Works wired, on WiFi, cellular or satellite — including mobile plant
On the ground

Real panels, real plants

The work behind the words — control panels built to survive plant conditions, live equipment diagnosed on site, and the screens that keep operators in control.
