Fits the machine you already have

We don't need you to rip anything out. We read the data that's already there, or add a small sensor where there isn't, and get it to your portal however the site allows.

We survey the machine

Find what it can tell us (the PLC, a drive, an energy meter, or a sensor we add) and agree the handful of signals worth watching.

Step two

We fit a small gateway

A compact, industrial unit reads the machine and sends its data securely. Read-only: it never interferes with your control system.

It appears in your portal

Live readings, run-hours and history, on any device. We can watch it with you and flag issues before they cost you a shift.
