Crushing Plant Throughput & Utilization Estimator

Put in a few numbers off your control screens and belt scale, and this works out where a crushing circuit is actually losing its shift: standing still, or running slow. All the math is shown, and nothing leaves your browser.

Your numbers

Tons per hour (TPH) the crusher is rated for on the equipment plate or data sheet.
Average TPH while actually crushing = total product tons ÷ hours crushing. Not a peak or best-hour figure. Use a recently calibrated scale.
Hours the plant is scheduled and staffed to run this shift, before any downtime.
Hours the circuit was genuinely making product, not blocked, waiting on feed, or down.
The utilization you would like to reach. Utilization here means crushing hours out of available hours.
Leave blank unless you want a rough dollar figure. Used only for an illustrative estimate.
