An anaerobic digester is a continuous biological process — feed, temperature, mixing and gas handling all have to stay in balance, around the clock. Instability is slow and expensive to recover, and biogas makes safety non-negotiable. We treat the process first and the panel second: stabilise the loops, make the trends visible, rationalise the alarms, and respect the gas-safety boundaries every step of the way.
Equipment we work on
- Feed & mixing control
- Temperature & pH loops
- Biogas handling, flare & CHP interfaces
- Gas detection & classified-area I/O
- Flow, pressure & level instrumentation
- SCADA trending & alarms
Typical problems we fix
- Loops that drift and destabilise the process
- Poor visibility into gas and process trends
- Alarm management around safety-critical points
- Integration between digester, gas and generation
- Ageing controls due for migration
